By accessing or using the Lumina Shopping Center website (luminashopping.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. To create an account or place an order on Lumina Shopping Center, you must be at least 16 years of age. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Lumina Shopping Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price. Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information. Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed. We accept bank transfers and PayHere payments.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Books must be in their original condition. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Lumina Shopping Center or its content suppliers and is protected by Sri Lankan and international copyright laws. Book covers and author images are the property of their respective publishers or copyright holders.
